SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB ID: SAE081205-01
Responsible for the development of new business
via the efforts of effective territory management. The S.A.E.
is provided with "leads" generated by multiple lead
generation programs. Cold calling and client relationship
development is also necessary to achieve success. The S.A.E.
is responsible to meet with prospective clients and create
technology solutions based on the business needs of the
client. The S. A.E. also provides account management to
companies in the existing client base. The S.A.E. will
receive on-going product and sales training to maintain a
competitive advantage.
General Requirements: Knowledge of consultative
sales approach. Able to develop voice/data technology
solutions for mid - large size companies. Must be a
self-starter, who can communicate/present solutions
effectively to decision makers. Requires excellent Oral,
Written and Presentation skills. Must be a strategic
thinker, who enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly
changing industry. The candidate should have a record of
achieving or exceeding quota budgets consistently.
Educational Requirements: Prefer Bachelors degree
in Marketing, Business or Telecommunications. Experience in
lieu of education will be considered.
Computer Requirements: PC literate; proficient in
Microsoft XP with Microsoft Word, Excell, Powerpoint and
Outlook
Experience Needed: 2 plus years outside sales
experience. Prefer knowledge of telecom or data
systems/services or office automation products. Experience
in business to business selling.
VOICE AND DATA TECHNICIAN
Ideal applicants would have 5-10+ years of experience installing and servicing
key and PBX systems, NEC knowledge is preferable but we will train the right
applicant. Strong foundations in both TDM and IP telephony required. Knowledge
of data hardware applications and connectivity methods is also beneficial.
Work responsibilities include system installation, programming and customer
maintenance of primarily NEC products and connectivity of AT&T voice and data
network services. Timely and accurate reporting and documentation of installation
and service activities are essential. Applicants must demonstrate professionalism,
courtesy and a high level of customer satisfaction to clients, with attention to
detail and meeting scheduled commitments. Ability to work on their own, along with
the ability to communicate and work in a team atmosphere required. Applicant must
have a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test.
